Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025
1. Acceptance
By using DIGET (the website at diget.app, the Chrome extension, and related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What DIGET does
DIGET is a quiz generation tool. You provide content (web pages, videos, documents, text), and DIGET generates multiple-choice questions based on that content. You can take quizzes, share them, review your history, and use features like spaced repetition and classrooms.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use DIGET. You can sign up with email or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Free and paid plans
DIGET offers a free plan with limited usage and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you provide to DIGET. We do not claim ownership over your quizzes or source material. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you submit.
DIGET, its logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ✗Use DIGET for any unlawful purpose
- ✗Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any law
- ✗Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the service
- ✗Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
- ✗Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
7. Service availability
We try to keep DIGET available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of liability
DIGET is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that quiz questions are always accurate or complete. DIGET is a study aid, not a replacement for professional education. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Contact
